Stressn this mess!

SOOO FH is apparently inviting MORE people than we had originally planned on. The best part, they are from Argentina and England! SO I have no idea who is coming and who isn't because he hasn't given me the guest list. Meanwhile, I haven't even invited my cousins (who I really don't see anyway) because I know that they can't come and don't want them to think they have to get us a gift!
I have been the one in charge of organizing pretty much everything, paying all of the vendors, making sure people have the hotel info, organizing transportation etc so it's pretty frustrating. He doesn't get it because he is living far away from it right now (Buenos Aires) and it doesn't affect him...

Remember, 20% of people invited say no. My OOT guest from Italy are actually coming 1 month later. June is very hard for them to come. So that knocks off like 18 people..

Thats what I'd be praying for the only issue is that these guys are booking their tickets already through his cousin!
So it looks like cancellations will mostly be on my side.
Which kind of defeats the purpose of doing the wedding here. I really have to rein him in!
