if you have to add an addendix to your paper, what is it supposed to look like, and how do you refer to it (like see appendix)

APA style I believe you put in the body of the paper
(see Appendix A)
and for each appendix you go through the alphabet. then at the end of the paper, before the works cited, you put each appendix. in the table of contents you list the paper, any appendicies (sp.?), the works cited and any other included items with page numbers.
