Stupid Cake Question...

If you have whipped cream, does that mean you can't have your cake out the entire evening??

What about fillings, do they need refrigerations?

most fillings can be left out...
i wouldnt recommend whipcream cake for that long... stick to a buttercream or fondant..

you could always have the cake displayed for part of the time before the cake cutting...
