Our original guest list came to over 220 people. FH and I were so suprised that we knew that many people! But that was including all guests with a date. Most of FH's friends don't have GFs and havent for some time. FH and I both agreed last night that we wont be inviting guests with a date if we haven't met them. If we've met them, then we will be including them as well. But with that and cutting out some others that we felt we 'had to invite' we've cut out list to 192 people. So happy! Thats about $3000!!

Im in the same boat as you!!! Our list came to 260! What were we thinking! We wanted it around 150. oops

Good job! I have to do this a bit ... FIL's added 26 people and I can only accomodate about 12. I mentioned it to her briefly yesterday, and I think they are coming to NY this weekend (they are in FL) so I guess we'll talk more about it then.

I know. Thats what happened. At first our list was at 170, then it kept going up to 220-something. But I mentioned thats a lil out of hand when we want about 160. I know FH will probably add a few people from work, and I think thats fine. We both had people though that we dont speak to anymore but were inviting because we wouldve felt bad otherwise. But Oh well

yay!! I think we need to do the same thing!! Its getting crazy with Fh's mom adding people on thining she can just invite the entire world and their families!Maybe she wants to pay!
