For our BM we are getting him a watch...for the rest of them we are getting the engraved beer mugs and silver bracelets. We may even go for cufflinks too.

Re: suggestions for groomsmen gifts?

For our BM - an engraved money clip with his initials and a glass beer stein with his initials on it
For our each GM - an engraved money clip (different than the one for the BM) with their initials on it and a shot glass with their initials on it. Two of our GM will be 16 and 19, so instead of an engraved money clip, we are getting them a sterling silver keychain with their initials on it.

Re: suggestions for groomsmen gifts?

We got (4) of them monogrammed travel golf bags, another a set of monogrammed shot glasses, another a large Eddie Baur monogrammed duffle bag and the last but not least a set of William Sonoma monogrammed brass/leather coasters.
The 2 Jr. ushers are getting Fossil watches.

We decided against the flask that none of them will ever use, and the money clips.

Re: suggestions for groomsmen gifts?

Best idea I have seen so far...

Louisville Slugger makes 'Groomsmen' bats. They are bats engraved with the ushers name, the names of the bride and groom, and the wedding date. We're doing these, and getting the 'mini-bat' for our ringbearer!

You can get them here:

Re: suggestions for groomsmen gifts?

I think we are sending each of them a gift box from Omaha Steaks that will arrive at their home the day before the rehearsal dinner. They all love steak - so this one was easy.

Re: suggestions for groomsmen gifts?

Mistyeyed - we got our readers and our ring bearer the bats. They are really nice. I have them sitting in my office. I have to carry them home today! My rehearsal dinner is Friday...I can't wait to give it to my ring bearer.

If you decide to get them, shop it around over the web. There were quite a few sites that have them..and we found them on one site on sale cheaper! (FI bought them and I have no clue what site he finally bought them thru...he was pricing them on about 4 sites!)

Re: suggestions for groomsmen gifts?

For wine drinkers, this is the best corkscrew to have. No more fussing and twisting with the metal ones. This is the $60 version, they go all the way up to about $150.

Paired with a nice bottle of wine.

Re: suggestions for groomsmen gifts?

jtodaro - sorry for the late reply. We got the Mont Blanc pens at a Mont Blanc store in the city. There is a range of prices, I don't remember the exact one my FH bought, I think it was $125.
