I actually think I found my dress today! I just need to get my aunt's opinion on it and then I will order it. I know it is early, but it will be one less thing to worry about!

I just ordered mine because they said it will take 8 months (couture takes longer from what I have heard) you have to get YOUR dress before the BM dresses

i ordered mine already. it takes a year to make! i put the bridesmaids dresses information on record with the bridal place and i told the bridesmaids they have until may to get fitted

I ordered mine already (at the end of Dec.), only because I am in NY rarely at this point and I didn't want to wait until September. They said it would take 6-8 months to come in.

oh my god! i had no idea that it takes that long for the dress to come in. So when is a good time to order it. My wedding is july 30 05. hmm....i guess i'll start looking soon

I am going to start looking at the beginning of May. Once my gown is ordered, I will start the search for the bridesmaid gown, although I do have a few picked out already.

I won's start looking until late this summer or early fall. I want to see as many selections as possible and then make a desicion. I don't want to jump the gun and then find a dress I like even more.

I ordered my dress March 20th and I'm getting married July 16, 2005. Below is a picture of it. I just want the top altered to off-the-shoulder. The designer is Eve of Milady. I got it from Bridal Reflections in Carle Place. I will probably order the BM gown in September/October.

Here's mine. I ordered it in February. I was afraid of it being discontinued. It's been out for a while. I plan on ordering the girls dresses starting in July.
