Summer Brides...

Hi ladies,

I am a summer bride and need to get moving! I just booked my photographer and order save the dates. Still need a DJ and then onto flowers.

So far I have:

- booked my venue and date
- booked my photographer
- booked my florist
- booked the hotel
- booked the honeymoon
- booked a b-pic session
- started our registry
- selected BM dresses
- narrowed down/likely going to book DJ
- found my dress!!!

Still need to:
- book an officiant
- research and book transportation
- design and order invitations
- purchase rings
- decide if we are going to have a rehearsal dinner/book it

and everything else!!!!

So far we have all major vendors booked.
Invitations are being printed and assembled this month
Invite list is finalized
BM gowns are chosen and in process of being ordered - all will be ordered by end of January
Veil, headband, and BM jewelry purchased
Doing hair trials this month and will solidify before the year is over!
RD is booked
Shower location is booked
FH's wedding band is purchased

Need to do:
Order FG dress
Order/buy RB tuxes
Tuxes for GM's and FH
My wedding band
Baskets for bubbles and flip flops
Order OOT bag contents
Order timelines

I am sure there are tons of other things to do, but they are done near the end such as escort cards, programs, and figuring out tips. I feel good, and am hopeful I wont be nuts in June.

Question... girls that are getting married at a church , do you check with your church first for rehearsal date or just book the RD?

Now that it's getting close I feel like all the little things are piling up and I need to get on it:

So far, we have:

* STD were out in July (gave everyone a year notice haha)
* booked photographer, video, florist, DJ, church 2 months after engagement
* Invitations are in and sitting in my office in a huge box in a box!! =)
* Bridemaids gowns are ordered and in
* Wedding gown in-first 'look' next Saturday to check if its the right gown, color and all that jazz
* Hair/Makeup booked
* Hotel Rooms blocked
* Tasting in March
* Have RD site, need to wait for the date from my church
* Pre-Cana signed up for
* Limos booked
* Have favors
* Ordered wedding bands...have to pick them up next week
* Mother and Maid of Honor/Sister gifts ordered
* Booked honeymoon

Still need:
* Flower girl dresses
* Tuxes
* Bridesmaid/Groomsmen Gifts (We know what we want, we have to stop being lazy haha)
* Day of Jewelry - going after my first fitting this Saturday
* Veil and Headpiece and Shoes- same as above
* Menus
* Programs
* Pick out cake!

**And all the last minute items and checks like final appointments and tastings for cake ... I just feel like a lot has to wait until RSVPs come back and then it's going to be kicked into high gear and I will need a lot of wine!!

Thanks so much!!! I'm hoping to get everything out of the way so I can relax at the end ... who am I kidding...I won't ever relax!!!

all of our major vendors are booked. I have mostly just DIY projects that i just need to get done already! I havent have the time though.

I also need to order the bridesmaid dresses. We have them picked out im just waiting on the girls mesurments. I need to put the order in next week. I know I'm cutting it really close with that stuff

We picked out our invitation design and now where just waiting on the RSVP card design. I hope to have those all in soonish though.

I have all the girls gifts we just need to get a few more things for my flower girl and ring bearer. FH is handling the groomsmen gifts =)

oh and i have to pick out linnens and finalize out limos.ack!

Its crazy because all of a sudden then wedding is like crazy close!
