summer jobs?

I'm a teacher , so I am looking for a summer job. I kinda already have one with a summer camp, but I'm not really feeling that anymore. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I could do?? I'm looking for mon-fri kinda thing that pays no less thatn $10/hr. HELP! (not that I am dying to work, but we need the money and I have the time, so you know how it goes )

Can't you work summer school? They pay A LOT more than $10 an hour for teachers. I did it last year but can't this year due to my wedding!

yeah, that is true, but honestly, i just want a break from kids! I know who I would see in summer school and I'm not sure I want to spend my summer with them

I know a friends mom who got a state job working at the beach. I think it contributes to your retirement or something, maybe that would be good?

I understand. Maybe you could work in a different school over the summer. But I do get that you need a break from kids. Good luck.
