sunset harbour

Has anyone else had their wedding at sunset harbour in the smaller room? We were there this weekend to get a quote and they are renovating the inside which they said would be done by the end of this month. We are only having 60 guests so we would have the smaller room and cocktail area. Has anyone used the smaller room and what was the pricing? We were quoted 40pp for 60 people and ceremony there.
