Sushi or Seafood Bar

if you were going to pay to add a station to your cocktail hr which would you pick? We're also having two pasta stations, a salmon carving, 8 pass arounds with various meat, fish, veg options. a mediterrean table and fruit and cheese. Thanks for the opinions.

I love sushi, but not everyone does.
A seafood bar may be best for guests.

We added a sushi bar. I'd say the majority of guests are around our age, and FH and I LURVE sushi. However (strangely enough), I don't really eat seafood ... can't stand shellfish. So to me and FH, there was no question. Sushi all the way!
