Hi Ladies!I am thinking about booking the Garden Room at the Swan Club for my wedding. I'm hoping you ladies can help me with some of my questions....
1) Where is the bar in the Garden Room? (i dont remember seeing it) Is it a bar table or a bar?
2) What are the private bathrooms like?
3) Were there any other weddings going on at the same time as yours? Could hear or see them from the Garden Room?
4) How the transition form CH in the pavilion room to the Garden room for your guests?
5) How was the bar service? Were the drinks good?
6) Be honest, how good is the food?
7) Did the ceilings feel too low during reception?
8) Where did you put your table cards? Outside the entrance or inside?
9) Was there enough space or did it feel tight?
Please help!

Re: Swan Club Details..Need tons of answers from Swannies!!
Hi!! From a very detailed oriented bride, i have some answers for you! We are getting married in 12 days but up in the Camelot room:1) Where is the bar in the Garden Room? (i dont remember seeing it) Is it a bar table or a bar?
- there are 2 bars- 1 is a table on the upper level by the bathrooms and the other is a real bar just to the left when facing the DJ
2) What are the private bathrooms like?
-very clean and spacious
3) Were there any other weddings going on at the same time as yours? Could hear or see them from the Garden Room?
- it is possible there are other parties going on- when i was there i was sitting in the garden room with another party upstairs and it was absolutely fine. with your DJ playing and then room full of people it will be even better. Also the garden room has a private entrance, so that helps too
4) How the transition form CH in the pavilion room to the Garden room for your guests?
- from conversations with others it is smooth and no problem
5) How was the bar service? Were the drinks good?
-went to a few affairs there, and NYE too and always have a great time. never a problem with the bar
6) Be honest, how good is the food?
- we love it. did you go to lunch there? try it out!
7) Did the ceilings feel too low during reception?
- we dont have any chair lifting traditions so it was good for us ;)
8) Where did you put your table cards? Outside the entrance or inside?
-from talking to the BM, inside is best in case it is windy!
9) Was there enough space or did it feel tight?
-depends on how many people you have, but i have found everyone there so helpful- just ask!!
GOOD LUCK!
