Sweat stains? How to get them out??

I just realized that a blouse I wore once has sweat stains on it, is there anyway for me to get these out or should I be polishing the furniture with this blouse I love?

Sorry but unless someone tells you different, its Pledge and Endust time for your blouse

Sorry. I don't have any suggestions. I even looked on stain detective and couldn't find anything.
