swr- anyone gone to dermatologist to inject a zit?

sooooo apparently i have now been blessed with big arse cystic zits along my jawline...and wel with a wedding coming up... i need an emergency plan. i have heard you can go to a dermatologist and have them inject something in a pimple to kill it quickly..... has anyone done this? does it work? how much does it cost? and will derm's take you as an emergency ie..the day before a wedding....??

I had it done years ago for the same thing, cysts on my chin, It was covered by my mom's insurance at the time, and the cyst went down about 24 hours later! It was a relief!!
