Besides Gurney's and Crowe's nest inn, where could we stay in Montauk? DH is from out of state and has never been.... and we didnt go on a honeymoon and need to get away for a weekend.... We are going to go away the weekend of december 16th...i want to book something ASAP... nothing crazy extravagant - just looking for a nice, romantic spot to get away
Thanks! :)

FH & I have stayed at the Royal Atlantic Inn in Montauk & loved it. It's not a bed & breakfast but it does have a full kitchen if you two enjoy cooking together. It also has a living room and separate bedroom area. The off season rates are worth it.
Hope you enjoy wherever you guys go!

Re: SWR: Bed and Breakfast in Montauk?
There is a bed and breakfast near Montauk Yacht club that is supposed to be beautiful. My friend stayed there on her wedding night. Don't know the name but try doing a search on it or even calling the Montauk Chamber of Commerce for a list of hotels and B&B's.
I stayed there a few years ago. I think there was a kitchette in the room. It was very spacious and the bed was comfy. I'll post more if I can remember.

Ocean Beach (has indoor pool! oceanside - On beach) Royal Atlantic (on beach - oceanside) Wavecrest (by Gurneys - overlooks ocean - elevated though...) Panoramic (next door to Gurneys - really nice!)
None of these are B&B's, but this time of year, all of the hotels in Montauk will be cozy and romantic! Just make sure you call - not all of the hotels/inns/motels are open year round in Montauk. I LOVE staying in Montauk and have been staying there since I was a kid. If you have any questions about restaurants, etc. FM me!
BTW - Montauk Manor is nice, but on a hill...not by the water. I don't know if that matters...but just an FYI.

We have stayed at both the Born Free and Montauk yacht Club. You will have to read into it, some still have requirements for minimum night stays.
if you google the montauk chamber of commerce, then you should be able to come up with a list.
