My DH's b-day is coming up and I want to find a really romantic restaurant to go to, since its his first b-day as my husband...Any suggestions?

Has anyone been to Pasta Pasta? What is the atmosphere like? Cozy? Romantic? Quiet?

yeah it's pretty cozy and quiet... good food too!
also, next door at night they have chocolate fondue and great wine/desserts at this place called 'toast' so you could go there afterwards-- it's romantic, lots of candles, quiet and cozy! HTH!
for me, i like:
tellers in islip (upstairs room you can request is real cozy) blackstone in melville sagamore in syosset cirella's in melville garden grill (very warm) in st. james oscars in st. james (great!!) paces in smithtown on 347 sweetwaters in hauppauge

For Italian I like Bella Vita in St James or Casa rustica in Smithtown. I like the Blue Honu...It's dark. For me Dark = Romance lol.
I was going to say Casa Rustica - I went their with my fiance for our first anniversary dating. Also the Riverview in Oakdale or the Snapper Inn in Oakdale...both nice places with good food. (Those are all the places we've gone for special dinners anyway...)
