i think the numbers is easier. when people go around looking for their number it usually goes in an order but animals people are going to have a tougher time finding their tables. JMO

I like the constellation idea. Can you do your own pictures just using AutoShapes in Word or Powerpoint? The star points could be a silver color on a black or dark blue background, with silver lines connecting the stars to form the constellation.

You could also do a Google search on 'mythology' and 'constellation' and get image results of those drawings of mythical figures superimposed on constellations, but it you might not be able to get all the photos in one place for an overall consistent look.
