I just ordered them on dollar trees website ill have em next week they get ahipped right to the store and they were only ONE DOLLAR!!

They were like 7 1/4 there like perfect size the other ones are too long

Sorry it took me so long to respond. I think the cylinder vases are about 10' high because I was able to wrap a regular size piece of printer paper around it and had enough room for the ribbon on the top and bottom. I also believe they have about a 4' diameter.

they are just large floating candles that i bought from michaels. i just rested them on the bottom (do not put water in these because if the vellum paper gets even a little wet it gets ruined). I decided on floating candles because they melt into themselves which means wax wont drip and make the candle stick to the bottom of the cylinders.
