-Rolls or something classy like that for my parents & me to go to church. -Party Bus for BP FH's parents don't want a limo. They said they'd want to drive their OOT guests staying at their house.
After Ceremony: -FH and I in the party bus with BP. I gave my mom the option of having a limo with her and my dad, but she might say no b/c they don't like each other
Question#1: Should I get 2 smaller limos so the girls can get picked up at my parents' house and the guys at FH's house separately? Or do you think having the party bus make 2 stops is OK? The 2 houses are only about a mile apart and basically a straight shot.
Question#2: Can you give me a price range for my limo budget? I don't know a lot about limos and we have money available in our budget, but I don't want to overpay without knowing it!

I think save the money and have the bus pick up the boys first, drop them off at the church, then go to your house to pick up your girls, along with the fancy car for you and your parents.......
we had the same situation and Joe from Camelot said it didn't pay to get 2 since the church and my house is so close.......
I don't know how much yours will run but I can tell you what I am paying.....
One Rolls picking me and my parents up from my house, dropping off at church and then after the ceremony, taking me and FH to the hall.
One Infinity truck picking up FH and his boys from Brooklyn, dropping them off at the church in hicksville, then coming to my house to pick up the girls and dropping them off....this truck will stay until the end of the ceremony and take 1/2 the BP to NRC
One Stretch (12 person) picking up FH parents and the OOT'ers from Italy and taking them to church.......this will also bring them home at the end of the night.
We will then have one other Inifinity truck come after the ceremony and pick up the other half of the BP and take them to NRC......
We also get dropped off at the hotel (FH and I)

i havent lookeed into limos yer so i dont have 2 prices.... but i what i am doing is having the limo pick up the guys and fh to take to church and then come back for me and the girls.... are house and the church are also really close plus the guys need to be all settled waiting for you and the girls at church so it kinda works better this way i think

I hope my car is late so FH thinks I'm getting cold feet!! What bride hopes for that??? Just me!
Anyway, the church is about a half hour from where we all live. That might suuck for the guys, but let's see what happens when I meet with Joe.

dont u and stephan live next to eachother??? if thats the case.. then get the party bus to pick EVERYONE up..
u and ur parents go in a rolls .. but i suggest the limo we went in last night.. that way..ur old ppl (parents oot guests) can go in that
and then get a van or 2 to bring every1 home.. van is 150$

Not sure about the cost of the Limo Bus but I think our cost was a bit higher because of the pick up and drop offs to Brooklyn.....so hopefully this will have your price come in a bit lower!

We're having the party bus make two stops. First pick up the boys and drop them off, then pick us up and drop us off. Then we're all going together in the party bus to the RH!

Oh wait, 30 min is pretty far lol.........if you think about it, if you have one bus picking up FH and the GM, lets say they drop them off at 1:00 to the church, then another 30 min back to pick your girls up and another 30 min to drive them to church, so they will be waiting an hour! That may be a litle long, not sure though........

We live next door, but I don't want to risk seeing him PLUS my apartment will be snug with my 7 girls and the 2 FGs and my mom blah blah blah So I figure we'll all just go to my parents' house in Fresh meadows.

We booked with Sir Oliver and have a similar situation to yours. We got the 30 passenger party bus. It will pick the guys up first...drop at church...then pick up the girls for the church. This worked out since the church and our pickups are all within 5 miles.
I got a 1940s caddy for me and my parents. It was really spacious and I thought a bit nicer than the rolls.
We are paying around $1700 for all this.

Well I also want pics in the house where I grew up. It's more 'me' than my apartment. Plus the space issue. We'll see what happens.

since everything for us is local this is what i decided to do.
we got a Rolls Royce for my dad & i before the ceremony. after the ceremony FH & i will go in their together. then we got a Chryslar 300 which will pick up the guys drop, them off at Church & then go back & pick up the girls. after the Church the guys & girls will be in the limo together.

Ugh - I haven't done limos yet but am expecting a headache.........
Party bus picking up FH & GM, FILs and my SIL and bringing them to the church, then swinging by to get us.
I MAY have a old-fashioned car to take me & my parents to the church, but not sure.
Then, party bus takes the entire BP to the picture location and then to the RH.
A 10 person limo is taking FILs, my parents and SIL to the hotel.
Then I need a coach bus to take people to and from the RH.
I'm expecting this to be like $3K.

You can definitely have the party bus make two trips.....Joe at Camelot mentioned that as a possibility to me, but I didn't want that.
Give him a call and he'll work wonders for you. I'll get you my price quote for the partybus when I go home for lunch.

I would definitely run your ideas by Joe. I can't help b/c I'm getting married at the RH, so we are just doing 2 pick & drops. But Joe helped me finalize my thoughts and ideas and gave me a really good price!

have the party bus make 2 trips!!! if you're paying for 3 hours why not get some use out of it.
btw,we are paying $1140 for 3 hours for the party bus and a 10passanger mercedes for a pick up drop off. if we need it for a extra hour for the bus it would be $90 more.
