Do you ever get sick of talking about 'the wedding'.... sometimes I cant wait until its over so that people will have 'normal' conversations w/ me about something other than dress colors, flowers and the latest question 'am I nervous?'...lolol.... I went to a baby shower yesterday and I cant count on my fingers how many times I heard 'are you nervous,... are you nervous'... NO I'M NOT NERVOUS! LOLOL maybe its just cause its almost here and I'm sick of the planning! Or maybe its PMS Anyone else have these feelings?

I just feel like the whole thing has become a entity of its own...sometimes i hear myself talking and i know i am probably boring the crap out of the other person...

Its has become very life consuming.. I tried to go out withe my girls the other night for dinner and stated before we got togehter 'NO WEDDING TALK!' but it still came up...

I never get tired of it, that's why I'm so glad I have you girls!!! I think otherwise I'd be driving everyone crazy! I'm sure I'll get worse tho as the day gets closer. I pretty much try to only talk about it when asked directly, cause I'm afraid of annoying people. Except with my mom, I talk incessantly with her about it cause she's just as excited to be the MOB as I am to be the .

Me too. I'm getting a little tired of it. But I'm sure I'll regret saying this when it's all done!!
But still, it is a lot of STRESS. Woudn't it be great to not to do anything just for one DAY??

I think it has a lot to do w/ the fact that we've been engaged since December 2003... we didnt wanna rush and needed to spend money... but its just been soo drawn out! I just cant wait for the day that I become his wife

I'm glad i saw this topic because i've been thinking the exact thing lately! I really hope friends and family aren't sick of hearing about wedding things all the time. But its really hard not to mention something that has been consuming all your time and energy, you know? Can't help it, i'm too excited about it all! Nice to see that other brides on here have the same concerns..

It is a weird topic, I feel like the people I want to talk about it with never do, yet others (like work friends) talk about it ALL the time! It's gonna be really strange when it is all over, what am I going to do/talk about? This has consumed me for the past year. I'm going to have to find a hobby.
