Does anyone know anything about Tall Grass Country Club that is new in Shoreham?

My niece's communion was there before the catering was taken over by Lessing's. It's nice but in my opinion only good for a smaller wedding.

If i remember correctly there maximum is 120. We didnt go look there b/c we had more than that but its supposed to be really nice. Brand new facility if i remember correctly. And its Lessings which is always a guarentee for great food. If you do decide your wedding is going to be too big for tall grass - i definitely suggest checking out timber point (its also lessings).

Have you been to a wdding at Timberpoint? I have hear mixed reviews.... I am going to check out Tall Grass this weekend. We want a small wedding, so am thinking this might be a good place.... Thanks. =)

No I've never been to a wedding there but that's where I'm having mine. As for tall grass, I heard it is beautiful! I am pretty sure that facility is completely new. Good luck on your search!

BTW - I have only heard positives about TP. What are the negatives you have heard? Maybe it will give me somethign to look out for!

I have heard the food and service are so-so. But I have also heard from other people that it was fabulous.

Really? I've only heard great things about Lessings. I havent dealt much w/ them either but they seem to run a pretty tight ship.
