TAs price matching policy after booking. Is this too good to be true?

Ive been working with a travel agent that I read about on tripadvisor for our Mexico honeymoon.

She claims that if the price goes down on any website/TA that she will match it, even after putting the deposit down.

Has anyone else experienced this? It seems too good to be true?

Before we booked our HM, we got a quote from our TA. I checked around on the internet and actually found a cheaper quote with massive upgrades on my hotels own website. I showed it to my TA and she was able to honor this price and package upgrade for us.

Hmm.. sorta thanks. I know alot of them do it before you book, no problem.

This one says she'll do the same AFTER you book too.. thats the 'Too good to be true' part.
