If you go to a tasting before you book, do you still get to do a tasting when planning the menu?
Hmmm good question. We didnt but we didnt need to, we already tasted the food you know?
It's just that we tasted whatever food the event that day was having and I would want to taste other things so I can choose my menu. I suppose we can just wing it, though. Although I would like another free lunch! (Hah, free, like I won't be handing these people a ridiculous amount of money!)
They're menu may change. Unless you have something in your contract that says this is the specific items that you must serve you should taste what will actually be on your menu. New chef and a bunch of other things...
