Do leave replacements make their own plans or are they given to the leave replacement already completed in detail????

when my FH did a one year leave replacement..he did his own plans. I do not know about shorter ones..if he calls today, I'll ask him.

My friend had a leave replacement job for two quarters and she did her own plans.

i think it depends on the situation and how long the leave is for... i know that if i ever go out on a 6 week maturnity, i would leave plans for my replacement... because i want to make sure they do the correct projects and learn what they need to learn... however, if it was for an entire year, it is up to the replacement...
