Hello my fellow educators. I would like to invite my students to my church but I am not sure how. Should I buy invitations for them too? What if I used pretty paper as an invite? Mail it to their home or hand deliver it to the student?

I am a teacher but didnt invite students. However, I have seen students invited by having the kids have their parents write a permission letter and then she gave them a formal invite once she had that letter. It was not the invite sent out to gets but she had a let formal but stll nice one make up for the kids!

My friend used this to invite her kids. She is an 08 bride (HWOLF)

thats sooo cute! i would def like to have some of my kids at my wedding, although i am getting married at the RH , so we will have to see how that will work out

i totally agree! i teach 450 but i also know that not all of them would come anyway! I am just going to invite by word of mouth I think!

I only have 19 students in my class this year but I had 24 last year and I have to invite them too. I hope most of them come though because they live in patchogue and the church is in dix hills!

One of the kids I had in camp years ago was invited to her teacher's church and she had a special cinderella invitation made up (she was in kinderagrten), sooo cute!! I had a teacher in HS who basically handed out flyers, that worked too lol. Mail it to their houses so their parents see it if you have younger children. My friend's priest (a year ago today actually), invited all of her students up to the alter for a picture. I cried.

I have 220 students between two schools, not to mention countless numbers of former students from the past 6 years. A couple of my recent grads (who are now 7th graders at the MS) asked me if they could come to my wedding (my MS orch colleague spilled the beans to my former kids in the middle of the year). . .I'm getting married at the RH, so how would I go about this? They live in O'side, the wedding is in Woodbury, but if their parents are willing to take them for the ceremony. . .

im making invites for my 6th graders to be handed out the during the last few weeks of the school year... since I teach in Catholic School and my ceremony is in a church im going to pick a few students to serve as the altar servers.... for student i had the past few years I will send a notice to their classroom and if they come, they come.... most parents in the buidling are aware of the date so I'm sure i will have a handful at the church.... actually looking forward to it!
