For those using the at-home, over the counter kits, which one do you find works best? FH & I both have such stained teeth from when we used to smoke and the crazy amts of iced tea we drink

I love Crest white stripes. A girl I work with says the only 'Right' way to use them is to put a set on once every couple of weeks for like 2-3 hours. She says this prevents the sensitive teeth feeling. I personally stick with the directions...HTH

I have sensitivity to begin with and use toothpastes for this... Anything too strong will prob kill me lol so thats another factor here

Go Smile. i stand by this 110%. within a week my teeth are unbelievably white! you just use it once a day and the results come rolling in quickly.
