Televisions in the bedroom...

DH and I have different TV tastes. He loves all the news programs, I like HGTV, TLC, etc. Plus, he always needs to have control of the remote and flips channels constantly. It drives me insane!!!

having a TV in the bedroom is the only way to keep the peace.

We also have a TV in the bedroom and LOVE it. It is great to snuggle up and watch TV at night or in the morning. Sometimes we do go in seperate rooms to watch what we want, but let me tell you, after almost 12 years of marriage, it does not tear you apart. I think it actually helps the marriage so neither of you is taking it out on the other one-lol!
My daughter got our old TV when she was 2 1/2 and then got her VCR when she was 4 because, you can only watch so many cartoons and movies! We moniter what she watches though when she is in her room.

No TV in my room and I won't ever have one. I prefer to reserve the bedroom for another type of entertainment!!
