Tell me about Jazzercise please!
This sounds very interesting to me since I used to dance and I also hate traditonal exercise.
If you've done it could you please let me know a bit about it, what you love, don't like, results etc ?

A lady I work with does it. I think its basically aerobics but with some dance moves mixed in.

I did it for a while, but not faithfully and it is like aerobics but with dance moves. Some people were so faithful with you and I believe it works...

i think you can order a DVD from blockbuster/netflix. i remember seeing jazzercise videos. or check amazon, they should be cheap.
