Thank Heaven Poem

I bought a little bear the other day that 's shirt says
'Thank Heaven' . I plan to give that to Mike on our Wedding Day, but I need a poem that says something along the lines of

'Thanking Heaven for him...
or
' I thank Heaven everyday for you...'

Anyone good with words or does anyone have anything?

I thank heaven for you

It must of been god that sent you from above,
It must be angels that brought us to love,
It must be your smile,
or your sweet precious eyes
You must be from heaven
Your so different than most guys,
Your my strengthy when I'm weak,
and my words when I can't speak,
Your not only my best friend,
Your something more special,
that only heaven could send.

I JUST MADE THIS UP.. hee hee.. tweek it if you want..
