To those who recommended the Courtyard Marriott in Ronkonkoma. I checked with them and they were able to give me everything I need at a great rate. They're going to keep the bar open for me, too.

It is - they actually offer complimentary shuttle service to your reception venue (but sadly, not to mine).

I think thats the one that shuttles to my RH. But I havent chosen a hotel yet. How were the rooms?
