thank you card question...

we mostly figured if the couple we were inviting was not engaged, then we addressed the invite as '& Guest' - even though we know and assumed who they were bringing....

when it came to placecards at actual wedding we wrote the 'guest' actual names. at the wedding no one was a stranger, we knew all '& guests' as most of them have been dating for a lil bit....

my question is, most of them live together now and for thank you cards- should i address it with the gf/bf actual name or just the person we actually invited??

make sense???


not sure why this is complicated for me...

I mailed mine to the main person that was invited, and then inside the Thank You card I put both their names.

Same here. DH and I went to weddings together before we were engaged and I probably would've been insulted if the TY was only sent to DH or just to me when we both were contributing.
