THANK YOU for recommending Biotin!!!!!

I can't remember which LIW bride recommended Biotin to me, but I have to THANK YOU very much!!!

My hair doesn't shed NEARLY as much as it used to and I am soooooooo HAPPY!!!!!! Also, my nails have gotten so hard!!!

it's a vitamin you can purchase at walmart, or any drug store........it helps strengthen your hair and nails and helps with your skin as well.

both my FH and I take it and are so happy with it

I started taking Biotin again after I read that thread----it's working for me, too!!

i think i started the biotin thread and I haven't even started taking them yet! I'm glad its working for you though. I'm on antibiotics now but I want to start taking them as soon as I'm done.

no problemo I was in your situation not so long ago..thinning hair made me depressed..

biotin helped me glad it's helping you..

hmm.. I should try it. I just looked it up online & it says that there have been no reports of Biotin side effects.

lol- I could seriously create a wig EVERYDAY after each shower with all of the hair I loose. It's a wonder how I still have hair. But I mainly want to try it for nicer skin.

I could too and its really bad. FH is constantly finding hairs (and believe me I try so hard to keep them in the garbage!!) in his socks, underwear you name it. I shed like a dog in the summertime! I'll try it if it works!!

Extreme Biotin

1500 mcg

there are lots of brands out there, but I hope this information helps you!
