I can't remember which LIW bride recommended Biotin to me, but I have to THANK YOU very much!!!

My hair doesn't shed NEARLY as much as it used to and I am soooooooo HAPPY!!!!!! Also, my nails have gotten so hard!!!

The smell is totally redic though!! I started today and I had to hold my nose when I took the first pill!!

Thats weird mine are 5000mcg (5mg) and they don't have a smell. Maybe it varies from brand to brand

you will love it! my hair has totally changed!!! barely sheds at all.....YAY!!!!!!

lol- I could seriously create a wig EVERYDAY after each shower with all of the hair I loose. It's a wonder how I still have hair. But I mainly want to try it for nicer skin.

I could too and its really bad. FH is constantly finding hairs (and believe me I try so hard to keep them in the garbage!!) in his socks, underwear you name it. I shed like a dog in the summertime! I'll try it if it works!!

How long were you taking it before you noticed a difference? I purchased a 1000mcg bottle (it says to take one a day with food) and I started last Monday....

I also have really fine hair and weak nails (plus a missing toenail that's trying real hard to grow back in )
