THANK YOU for recommending Biotin!!!!!

I can't remember which LIW bride recommended Biotin to me, but I have to THANK YOU very much!!!

My hair doesn't shed NEARLY as much as it used to and I am soooooooo HAPPY!!!!!! Also, my nails have gotten so hard!!!

I'm on my way to Walgreens. I'm going to see if they have it. Ever since the baby, I've had hair loss. My hair is very limp, and thin now. Never was though. I'd like to try it, see if it makes a difference for me, cause people react differently.

Smelled bad? What part smelled bad? I take the tablets and they don't have a smell at all Were you taking a liquid form?

Biotin is great!!!!!!!!!!!!! It helps your hair, nails and skin. I took it for about a month and I think it helped.

I'm taking this starting today. Its says to take two daily with food. I took just one and I'll take the other one later w/ lunch.

Yes thank you! My hair has changed for the worst during the past few years. I didn't know what to do to get it back to the way it use to be. Hopefully this will work!

no, I bought the capsules and they smelled like dead bodies would smell in 100 degree heat!!!

That was me too!!! But seriously...since I've been using this stuff, I literally have about 5 strands at the most come out in the shower....it's CRAZY!!!!!!!!!!
