I feel a lot better...you've all really eased my mind

I wrote her, she hasn't responded. The ball is in her court. I need to do ME and worry about MY happiness and my relationship with FH. I feel really good about things between us and this is a new leaf, so to speak.

I involved her too much, that was my fault. But if she truly cares, she'll understand where I am coming from.

Re: Really sad friend situation..

I'm sorry your friend is being a pain about this
BUT that is so great that both you and FH are committed to getting through the rough patch. Everyone has them - lord knows I do - and when you commit to working it out you'll come out stronger than ever!!! Good luck hun.

If you and FH both want to make it work then thats the bottom line. It you and his situation. I learnt a long time ago that its not always the best thing to do to tell your friends your relationship problems. She also could be jealous. I mean you just never know whats going through peoples minds. She probably is genuinely concerned I have had friends who have gotten into crappy situations with guys and I got very frustrated when they wouldn't listen to me. But if thats not the case with you and FH then don't be worried. Hugs for you

You have to do what is best for you and FH 1 Running away never solves anything. It sounds like your friend is jealouse, you can explaine to her that you just need to vent but really didnt want any advice and just her support if she is truly your friend she will be there for you and just listen to you! I had a friend go thur the very same thing I hate the guy she was seeing and he always make her cry but me and our other friend both always ran over to her house when she called crying and just listen to her and thats all she wanted, she figured out on her own if she should try and make it work or for get him! I know its different because you are getting married but she should just listen to you!

soooo sorry that your friend is being childish and not being supportive with you. You know what is right for you and FH and that it is hard work at times to keep it together. Just hang in there and everything will work it at. As long as your willing to make it work is all that counts, don't worry about your friend.

Re: Really sad friend situation..

Relationships are hard and everyone has their up's and down's but regardless your friend should respect your decision to stick it out with FH. She doesn't have to agree with your decision but if she loves you, she will want you to be happy regardless of what you chose. I just think sometimes, its hard for people that care about you to take a step back and realize that you need their support rather than them to save you. I am sure she will come around especially if she is a true friend. Good luck with everything, I know it's rough!
