Still can't confidently identify 'Alexa' so I keep it quarantined until the day I have enough time to identify it. I just love that I can choose what to get 'rid' of.

Jim installed an anti virus and I run the Anti spy ware. We run them both about once every two weeks at the least.

scan / defrag about once a month if we remember.
