We were quoted $122 per person for a 150 person minimum on a Saturday night in Sept/Oct 2014.
ETA: And I'm pretty sure she told us the higher the minimum the lower she chould make the price. Hope this helps

my quote from them was very high i thought. i was quoted 120++ for Friday or 130++ for a Saturday night in the summer months of 2013.
ETA: this was with a 150 person minimum

Just food and booze, nothing else. I thought they were VERY expensive for that venue.

I was just going to say the same thing!
Those prices are nowhere near what we were quoted either! (I booked in October, 2011)
I guess we lucked out booking when we did, as we have a beautiful venue, amazing food & great service for an awesome price!

I guess we lucked out booking when we did, as we have a beautiful venue, amazing food & great service for an awesome price!
We booked in like January of this year, so I don't really understand the other quote

We booked in like January of this year, so I don't really understand the other quote![]()
I'm with you ladies...I booked in April of this year for the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend in 2014 and I don't understand that quote either!

I was quoted pretty high too. For a Friday in March they quoted me 100++. Is there more than one BM at the Thatched Cottage? Maybe one of them is more willing to negotiate pricing.

I don't believe Andre works there anymore, but he is who I had originally met with as well. He was a maitre'd though. Maureen is the only BM as far as I know and she is who I signed my contract with & has been conpletely wonderful to us!

When I booked in April, Maureen also mentioned that the prices will be going up at some point for 2013 prices (like everywhere else *sigh*). In April, they were still going by 2012 prices. It could be possible that they had a big increase. I'm curious...this is a mystery to me! lol

hmm i spoke with maureen as well and that was in early april..oh well. just had to move on with that quote lol. glad you other girls got reasonable quotes!
