I'm definately in the minority. I want Kendra to win. Yes, Tana's very nice and has great people skills, but Kendra seems to have more of a drive and she's had some really good ideas in prior episodes.

I think you may be right!

I will be happy if either woman wins. They both seem like nice people and intelligent enough. But the people this season could not hold a candle to the season one people, IMO. There were people who didn't get to the final two (namely Amy, Nick and Troy especially) who were a lot better than Kendra and Tana. I feel bad for Troy especially- it seemed like he got cut in part for not having a college degree, but now Trump is getting ready to possibly hire someone without a degree.

ETA: I think it's also good that these two women were the best of THEIR bunch, they're not just in there because they're women.

i am on the fence in re: who will win but i have to disagree w/ tana being TOO nice. IMO, i think she is very sneaky and befriends everyone in an attempt to win them over. not sure if i agree w/ her strategy but it's obviously working thus far.

i did question why she opened up to caroline in the limo in re: to her newly appointed team. something to the effect of;

'....oh carloine, i just about died when the 3 stooges were appointed to my team. they have the most explosive personalities that ever existed...'

although it was a gutsy move, i think it was a smart one. when questioned later, she now has this conversation to refer back to when she is questioned as to why she was unable to handle her team;

'as mentioned from the onset, my team lacks....... w/ the resources that i had, i did my best to match tasks to respective personalites....although i appreciate their efforts, i feel that they lacked motivation. as a result, i was not only forced to 'babysit' my team members but also coordinate the details, see them through and exceed the clients expectations......i am fully aware that i must take ownership in what happened, i am not the sole reason why things went ammuck.......'
