i would recommend Able Conklins in huntington. Its near were the Artful Dodger is next to the parking lot. The steak is wonderful and for the most part the porterhouse is so big that you have to share it. They actually have porterhouse for eight!! Angelo and Maxies is also great, but very expensive. Dinner for eight incuding appetizers and drinks and tip cost us almost $2000

Pace's Steakhouse is really good also..... they have 1 in Hauppauge and another in Port Jefferson
