Starts now.

I've never watched it before, but for some reason I feel like tuning in this season..

I used to sit on the couch with a pint of Haagen Dazs while my mom did exercise videos when I was a teenager.

Then I turned 25 and my metabolism went WOMP WOMP WOMP.

They filmed an episode in DC last summer and my friends and i were background shots in a bunch of scenes! we worked out with Bob and Jill and met Liz and Danny when they were, well fairly huge, and I cannot believe how amazing they looked by the finale. That show is so inspirational, I love it!

No, she didn't yell at me but she yelled at the people right next to us and sat on a guy's back while he was doing pushups. They are really, really intense!

He's really nice and down to earth. Seems to be keeping himself in good shape, too. (Although I never see him work out... just fold towels lol.)
