so what do you think has been biggest pain in butt planning or trying to accomplish?? flowers?? invitations?? your dress?
looking back i think it was my invitations. the whole ordeal of trying to figure out how much postage. going to post office to weigh them, having them hand cancelled. then trying to chase people who haven't responded having my family give me more people to invite AFTER sending the names to the calligrapher
even though for the most part everything went smoothly. i don't miss any of it at all !!

Re: The biggest PITA during your wedding planning
Honestly, it may sound selfish, but the thank you cards. We really tried to write individual notes on all of them, so it just took longer than I would have liked.

I'd have to agree with you on that, invitations! FH's family tried adding people after the invites went out! Then we had people adding guests (which now is not such a bad thing since we're below our min), and also people changing their RSVP's from yes to no, and no to yes! And of course FH's irresponsible friends and lazy family who refused to RSVP! Ugghhh... pain in my @ss!

Invitations/guest lists. It's 2 weeks from my wedding and I'm still waiting on people. A few got lost in the mail but still this is crazy!

For me it's been the invitations. And the chaos of the morning of. Having to run back and forth for the hair, make-up and getting dressed all in time for my 9:45am ceremony!

Re: The biggest PITA during your wedding planning
The biggest PITA was trying to come up with a color scheme. I originally wanted navy or red -- FH thought both were too dark. Then I went with Tiffany Blue -- there are like 50 shades of aqua, tiffany blue, robin's egg, teal, turquoise, and aqua marine out there. Trying to get the BM dresses, the invite ribbon and the flowergirl sashes to match was so annoying

Re: The biggest PITA during your wedding planning
Right now, it's the invitations since they didn't come out the way I wanted them the first time or the second time they printed them. I have learned to let go and just accept them as they are.
I KNOW the next biggest PITA will be the seating chart. There are always those couples who don't belong to any one group and we'll struggle with where to put them.
