ugh I hate it too, last time I went she told me my uterus shifted to the right... I had no idea it can move!
Hey Jess, it can move, in fact, it's just kind of free floating around in your belly. I always thought that was so cool for some reason. For almost everyone it is tilted forward towards your stomach, but mine tips backwards towards my spine. I know this because I was having an examination once and the gyno was like, 'hmmm, that's unusual.' Not what you want to hear when you're on that table! Apparently it's no big deal and 10% of women have it like that, but it makes me feel special.

My dr is anal (haha) and sent me for an inner pelvic sonogram because my uterus is to the right. I have been putting it off because the idea of a camera in my va jay jay doesn't sound like my idea of fun unless I'm getting paid for it (totally kidding), but yea she told me to do that in june

Please I am the WORST patient every dr. hates me, and it's mutual! I took a valium right before I went to the podiatrist b/c I had an ingrown toe nail and I thought he'd have to stick needles in my toe (so painful I've had it done before and pased out) and I made FH take off of work to come with me because I was so scared and then he ended up just clipping it and I looked like a moron.

I have to go every six months too and I don't like it even though my doctor is so nice. I think she talks to me too much though. Sometimes when she's goin on about what's new at school and stuff I'm like 'Hello??? I cannot carry on a normal conversation in this position. Can you remove your fingers before talking to me!!!'

first time I ever heard the gyno being fun!! Your post is so random! I like my gyno too - I'd recommend her to anyone.
