just not at all funny this year? Ellen Degenerouse and George Lopez were the only one who were actually some what witty. Brett GaRETT was good too. Everyone else-No! And what is up what is up with this Wanda person? WHat IS she doing?

Something about the evening seemed lifeless. It seemed sort of like they were fumbling around and no one seemed really enthusiastic. Weird

I wonder if that is because they really didn't have a host, just a bunch of comics doing there own routines. It kind of messed up the flow a little.

yeah - the flow was messed up.....the announcer's voice coming on to narrate make it creepy

that wanda was soooooo annoying
and she really wore a dress totally wrong for her
it made her look very heavy

ETA: I was soooo happy for Debra Messing, she looked great and totally deserved to beat Jennifer Anistan and Sara Jessica

I thought George Lopez was funny. I liked that little skit of Jeff Probst the survivor host and the Ryan guy of American idol.

I am so happy Debra Messing won.

Wanda annoys me. Every time she came on i changed the chanel.

I loved the tribute to John Ritter and to everyone else that passed away this year.

Bill cosby definatly deserved the lifetime achievement award.

Wanda really needs to go away -she was so annoying.

I am happy Debra Messing won, and I thought she looked great. Although I was hoping Friends would win for Best Comedy.

I like Wanda but I have to admit the electric slide joke was a bust. George Lopez had the funniest jokes last night, and Martin Short's song was funny too.

Jennifer Aniston really seemed upset she didn't win.

Has Jennifer Aniston ever won an Emmy? I dont remember....I thought she did a few yrs ago. I thought Sarah Jessica should have won and I liked her dress too. Martin Short's song for losers was great. Bill cosby looked ****ed off at Wanda Sykes....sort of funny.

Bill Cosby was ****ed off because he has class and dignity and she doesn't! He was probabay embarrased for her! It really was embarassing to watch that comedienne wanna be! Did she think she was funny? She acted like a drunk prostitute on crack! If you got invited to an even like that and managed to put on an evening gown, than for God's sake take some etiquette lessons!

I think Jennifer Aniston got an Emmy for best actress ina comedie once! So , friends got nothign the whole night! Time to close the 'Friends' shop!

Oh yeh I agree Wanda was not funny...it was funny that Bill didnt look amused at her...her jokes didnt go over well for the most part - she looked stupid.

I think Jennifer Aniston won last year (unless I am thinking of the Golden Globes).

Debra Messing never looks less than stunning in my opinion. She always has on these gorgeous dresses on and has that sleek styled long hair that flatters her so much.

That was the WORST award show I have ever seen.

The only redeeming qualities were the tributes, and the acceptance speech by Tony Shaloub for Monk.

That Wanda 'thing' was a disgrace.

I'm happy Debra Messing won, though!

It was so totally BORING, and embarassingly NOT funny.

I agree that the show was way too awkward! I only watched it because I wanted to see the John Ritter tribute so badly! There were also rumors of a Three's Company reuinion with Suzanne Somers and Joyce DeWitt (they supposedly haven't spoken in years) Does anybody know what happened with that? Was it just me or did a lot of people look really perplexed and angry this year? It seemed like a really tough crowd!
