They have the deals that include film and a camera on the Adesso website, thats what my Dad is buying( and only because FH wants this or I might have said its a waste of money)

Maybe hint to your mom/bridal party and try to get it as a shower gift? LOL! I would love to give it as a shower gift if I knew someone who wanted it.

I love this idea! Much better to see the people then for them just to sign the book. Very cool.

Re: the knot has those polaroid guestbooks!!!

On the same wavelength...they sell those small Polaroid cameras that are loaded with small 'stick-on' type film. I don't think the cameras are that pricey (i got one as a gift several years ago) I've made annual holiday books this way, and they've come out really cute!

Re: the knot has those polaroid guestbooks!!!

I just went on the adesso website.
Each kit contains:
1 Adesso Album (color of your choice) with 30 archival pages (room for approx 60-75 celebrants with couple and group shots).

1 New Polaroid One Camera. It's sleek, compact, and easy to carry with you. Polaroid One is 33% smaller and 23% lighter than OneStep Express.

2 Twin Packs of Polaroid 600 Instant Film (40 exposures). We suggest 4 packs as the right amount to make one Adesso Album, even if you mess up a few shots.

for 139.95.
I wasn't going to have a guest book but this is really cute.
They also have a sale section for books with the 'old label' on the inside for a little cheaper. I think it said only in red though
