I don't know why, but the whole limo thing floors me. I really think it is so expensive.

Can someone explain the 3 hr thing? Everyone knows you need the limo(s) for the entire day. Why do they base it on 3 hrs?

You don't need them the entire day, they don't sit outside the hall waiting. The limo companies sends another car to pick up the bride and groom at the end of the reception.

When we were looking there was the 3 hour minimum and the OT rate was a little less then a third of that per hour.

We had our limo for 4 hours and arranged town car pickups and dropoffs for several guests and we spent less then $1000. (We didn't use a specialty limo, just an 8 passager limo).

you only need the limo uptil when you are brought to the reception hall...
then a drop off at the end of the night(normally they send a towncar then)....

.. i dont see how limos could cost more than photo, unless your really cheap on the photo, and getting designer limos for alot of people....

P/U bride & BM at 12:30 go to church
2:00(ish) Take whole shebang to hall

No..Thats about average...I was quoted $325 for the same deal..plus gratuity and no pick up after reception. I think you could talk them down about $25 or so...The quote I got for that was from T & R Limo's , serenity quoted the same exact price..Sir oliver was more...forget exact amount.

i had two 10 passengers


one came to pick me up at 1:30 and one for my dh at 1pm we had them untill 6:30 and then a pick up at the end of the night and a drop off at our hotel and it cost 1400. i didnt think that was bad at all

I just got a quote from Eddie from Serenity Limos that I think is reasonable. We are going to meet him on Sunday. I am feeling a little bit better.

is 10 pass going to be tight? i know they say for prom 10 pass fits 8 people, is your dress very puffy?...
