Yes the showcase is on wednesday 3/2 from 6:00-9:00. I think they'll have all the Fox Hollow reccomended vendors there and invitations and favors.

yeah stop by in the garden terrace! that would be so funny. i can't believe other girls have booked that date already. i thought i was doing all this way too early but i guess not.

i can't figure out whether we should have the cocktail hour outside. we're worried it might be too loud in which case we'll have it in the briar cliff. i can't wait to go there this spring to check out how pretty it looks outside with flowers everywhere.

i took the pics at the end of january. some rooms were getting setup for a christening (sp?) party and another for a night wedding (it was a sunday around noon).

Hi girls! I got back from the showcase not long ago...it was ok. They had the vendors and a few passed food trays. the WGP looked AWESOME with the new chandeliars (I can't spell). It looks like the re-finished the floor too.
Also...I noticed that are only 2 bridal suites. what happens if there are more than 2 weddings going on at a time?

Chocolaugh-what other changes did you hear they were making? That sounds pretty interesting.

It was pretty good. It was helpful to see limos, flowers, and photography. It is much better then the Expo thing IMO.

I went also. I told my FI that I was going to stand there with a sign that read LI Weddings but he wouldn't let me! LOL!

I got a lot of good info there. I really liked Royalty limo. Prices seem good. I also really liked one of the dj companies (opposite of bravo... can't remember the name, but they were giving out sample cds.). FI also said he was happy to go.

While I was there, I was so emotional. I just kept thinking that in less than a year, my wedding is going to be there. This was especially true when we were in the Garden Terrace room. I almost started to cry... but then FI laughed at me... Men!

Also...i used Royalty for my wedding...they were FABULOUS!

There are two bridal suites upstairs, and then one behind the Garden terrace, (the room where the flower vendors were)

Oh Ok...I didn't see the bridal suite behind the Graden Terrace. I was getting a little worried!
Hmpena-Was the Dj company across from Bravo Top Hat? I know they were giving away the free CDs. They seemed good and had great knowledge of the place. I think thats going to be the hearest decision (DJs).

I think so. The CD is in my car. I really liked them. Bob (I think?) wasn't trying to sell me on the light show. He actually was dissuading me from it. If my dj falls through, I think FI and I are going to check them out.
