Does anyone know if Fox Hollow allows votive placecards?

Also, Im picking my menu next Monday? Anyone have any tips or recommendations?

I just met with the wedding planner there on Saturday and she said that votive placecard holders were allowed. I was so excited because I bought my votive holders already!

I don't have a pic but it is the bride and grooms first name on top..A green boarder and the main entree selections only

I don't have a pic either. But it's kind of beige /tan color. the one they gave me to see had a black border, couples name on top, and entree selection.


anyone else going to use substitutions on their entrees?

I plan on using the cake they offer...if its for free I'll take it! Our BM told us that they can make the cake look however we wanted it to. I don't know how fancy they get though.

they have a few cakes you select from...anything more than that you have to pay extra for!

oct.2004~ very pretty cake!!!!!!!!! how do they decide the amount of tiers and size (is it your style preference or the amount of guests u have?)

christine~ my room is also the winter garden and my bridal party is wearing silver. my flowers are pink, white, and rosini roses (white w/ pink tips).

wheni went to my menu planning
i sat with the girl who gave me books that had pics of about 8 different cakes...
I picked from that.
I wanted the flowers done by them and the ribbon..so i paid EXTRA for that!

I don't know what they do to decide how many tiers they use..I think they use the same cakes no matter which room you have...unless you are having a gross amount of people..

My friend had her wedding in the small room upstairs and she had the same size cake
