Re: The New FoxHollow Thread
Is everyone else paying by the method they set me up for? Every few months, $1,500?

I don't love the chairs in the Winter Garden but at the same time I don't dislike them enough to get chair covers.

Re: The New FoxHollow Thread
They transferred me to the GM, also named Frank. I left him a v.m. yesterday, and he hasn't gotten back to me just yet. I want to see about adding the Chocolate Fountain!

Re: The New FoxHollow Thread
the BM we spoke with when we went was David Gerin. He was nice maybe you cna ask for him if he's still there. We have payments about every 6 months that increase by about 500 each time.

I didn't realize there were 2 Frank's! I have only dealt with Frank Marino, the GM. He was really nice. Has he replied about the chocolate fountain?

Re: The New FoxHollow Thread
We knew that we wanted to use the winter garden room for something. Unfortunately our guest list is to big to have the wedding there so we are having our cocktail hour there and than the reception in the briar room. Yes the ceilings are low but it doesn't bother me that much. I just hope the guests like it. Anyway i am soooooo excited i love it there.

Congrats beansbaby! FH is gorgeous and you'll be 100% satisfied and beyond with the service, quality, and quantity! The chair covers are an additional $3 or $4 per chair.

Re: The New FoxHollow Thread
Congrats, beansbaby on booking Fox Hollow! I think you have to rent your own chair covers because when I asked about them, I was told they don't have any. I would still ask though! We are having our CH in the Briar Fox Room and love the fireplace.

Re: The New FoxHollow Thread
Just as an FYI, when we asked about the chair covers we were told its 6 per chair, which is too much $ in my opinion. The Westbury manor , also owned by scottos, just started to supply their clients with chair covers for free and the FH told us they would be implementing chair covers in their packages in the near future (so that means they will be buying them). So by the time some of you are getting married, they may be available for free.

Oh that's exciting! Maybe if we complain about the chairs in the Winter garden we can get the chair covers for free! I doubt it though!
