Re: The New FoxHollow Thread

I was thinking of leaving the middle aisle free too but don't know if we'll be able to. How many people can they fit at each table? I'm hoping ot have around 120, so if they could fir 12 at a table then I would only need 10 tables that wouldn't be so bad. I kinda like the back of the room with the water fountain back there. If the middle is clear you'll be able to see everything I think. I think we're paying like $82 or $84 pp for a Fri night (peak season) with 7 dinner choices. I couldn't believe al the stuff we get. I had to keep asking the guy, wow how much extra is that and he kept saying its included...finally he just said, yes its included and laughed ha ha (and I made sure it was all in writing)!

Re: The New FoxHollow Thread

I don't know what FH's look like? Anyone have a pic or a really good 'description' of them? If they're tacky, then I'll make my own table numbers.

Re: The New FoxHollow Thread

For those of you with a cocktail hour in the Rose/Hunt Room, are you having the DJ/band play? Or are you just having them for the Reception?

If you are having them play for the CH, where do they set-up? Won't they have to move their equip then?

i think my dj said that they would pipe the music into the room. so i guess they'd set up somewhere and then have speakers in the ch room...?

i'm having them do my ceremony (hopefully outside ) also and i think they have a mini setup that they put outside.

sorry i couldn't be more helpful!

Re: The New FoxHollow Thread

Does anyone know whether you can use round tables in the Garden Terrace room? I know they fill out the room more than the long tables and I like round table better anyway.

Also, I had a very bad experience with Sherwood Triart so I was wondering how Proline is in terms of nice people and pricing.

Thanks!
