So they won't deliver my bouquet and stuff to the house? Oh no!

No.... that is the only drawback in using them. Sorry.

Re: The New FoxHollow Thread

QUESTIONS:

1. when did you go for tasting and menu planning?

2. Directions to the Fox...they give them to you for you invites right? And when did you get them??

3. Who is making their own menus and if you didn't did the Fox provide them? What did they look like?

1. I'm going the last weekend of July for my early Sept. wedding.
2. Yes, they gave us directions for invites. I called them just recently and they must have sent them out right away - I got them in less than a week.
3. I am making my own menus because I thought the Fox did not provide them (??). (I thought they only provide them if you are using the new menu, which we aren't.)

I could be wrong about #3, but I'm pretty sure about #1 and 2.

1. I didn't go for tasting but the menu planning was done about a month before.
2. The Fox Hollow provides you with directional inserts (they are cream colored). You can get them pretty much anytime you want
3. I had my menus made on my own coz' the package i have at the fox hollow doesn't include menu cards. I hear the new menu choice does and if you upgrade you will get the cards. I don't have a picture of mine here at work- i'll look for it at home and post later.

Thanks CheeChee!!!!!! I keep monitoring the weather and it looks like partly cloudy for my day. As long as it doesn't rain ALL day i'll be fine.

Re: The New FoxHollow Thread

I was wondering if Fox Hollow provides directions. I guess I will call them to get a few.

Also, when you are ready to set up a menu tasting, who is that we would need to contact? Or do they contact you?

Is cake also part of the tasting?

Re: The New FoxHollow Thread

I am not a FoxHollow bride, however I went to a RD there. The wedding was at the WCC up the road. The RD was in a room upstairs - which I believe was a steakhouse? I don't know the name of the room. But it was great! They did a wonderful job and the food was excellent.

I'm in the midst of second guessing my reception hall choice (as I have with everything...) but that is really nice to hear. Thanks!

They do provide directions, but they don't do tastings. They changed their menu, so maybe they changed that too. You can ask.

I have eaten in the restaurant several times though...it is AMAZING!!! I'm so excited, I know everything will be great!!!!

Re: The New FoxHollow Thread

When I booked they told me that they don't do tastings b/c you can come back and eat in the restaurant whenever you like to taste the food. It does stink, but I have never heard a bad thing about their food so I am pretty ok with no tastings!

Thanks SteffieSunshine..... the weather now says 'showers'.... and another site says 'mostly cloudy'.... hopefully since they cant predict anything, it will be nice. I'll take clouds, but no rain... Enjoy the rest of your pre wedding bliss!!!!
