I do like that cake. I already included flowers for my cake on my florist quote, so I'm ok there.

The cake looks beautiful, but I can't believe they don't have a square stand to put it on. I think I'd rather have them just put it on the table.

Just wanted to let you all know that I am going to FH tomorrow just to look around again and take some pics with my digital camera! I am really going b/c my 8 & 6yr old cousins (my JrBM & RB ) are dying to see the bridal suite where they will 'hang out' without their parents!!! I will post the pics as soon as I get back in case anyone wants to see any changes they may have made to the rooms!

I went for finals last night!!!!

I picked a cake off a thread here, it's beautiful and there was NO extra charge. I will post the picture of it when I get home later. I had to leave open the filling on the cake, because I can't decide.

FH and I went into the room and there were only 2 tables set up and the sweetheart table and we sat at it...OH MAN!!! Did I get teary! FH legs started shaking...it's sooo exciting. We are having the Garden Terrace Room, and while I had been upset about the recent renovations...THAT ROOM WAS GORGEOUS LAST NIGHT!!!

Stacy also told us we are getting married in the big garden with the fountain and waterfall. I was under the impression we were using the long garden on the side by the Inn and first I was upset. I didn't remember there being a large enough space in the bigger garden for all my guests. But we went out and looked, and there was plenty of room. Stacy said that garden can hold 300!!!??? don't know if I agree, but it's enough for my 160 guests.

I also found out there is another wedding that Sunday morning, so there are some issues I'm concerned about, due to us taking photos there that morning...ie, if it rains, do I have to worry about fighting the other couple over the photgraphy room? I'm going to talk to Stacy about that today.

Anyway...it's getting very close, so enjoy ladies!!! We'll be married before you know it!!!

The first is the cake I picked, the second was a cake Stacey said they also could do without an upgrade charge.

No CHARGE for either. She said they could do those. She kept the pic of my cake because she is in the process of building a new cake sample book for included styles.

I too went for finals last night!!!!!

We decided to not upgrade our menu and stay with the original- it is soooo much food already. We picked the same cake that Tammy had at hers (the square stacked one) and I will have the florist put flowers for me. Everything is coming together and i'm sooo excited.

ok here are some pics I took today...

I only have pics of the Garden Terrace b/c the other rooms were occupied.
(I also took pics of the photo studio, outside grounds, and bridal suite. Let me know if anyone wants to see any of those!)

...ignore the kids in the pics...my cousins wanted to come see FH too!

THESE PICTURES DO IT NO JUSTICE!! THE ROOM IS SO MUCH MORE GORGEOUS IN PERSON!
